• An account has been created for fraudulent reasons.
• Your credit rating puts you in a risk category.

If your account request is successful, then we will notify you of your account creation, and supply a password for your account.

Billing will be by invoice, with net 30 payment terms. By signing up for an account you are accepting these terms.
